What's the difference between Bus and FX channels in Studio One v7?

Not much anymore, I think. I don't have 7, but I guess FX channels used to have a restriction that they could only be routed to Main, but that's no longer the case. I don't use FX channels.
In any DAW, a bus channel routes multiple sounds or instruments to a single channel, typically to group certain sounds or dynamics. The FX channel routes FX to a sound or bus. For example, many people use FX channels to give their reverb a fader for extra control over the effect.
