What happened to Takura's idea of filling up HICC? Is he still going forward with his vision or he has discarded it altogether?

Harare International Conference Center is not a venue where you just host your event without coming out of the pocket.

You have to factor other things like security, equipment, marketing promos on radio, TV and of course the internet. All that stuff costs money. So does Takura have that kind of money to pull it off himself?

I don't think so!

You see, marketing is very important because if you don't do that you will have just a few people in attendance. You have to create as much hype as possible.
