Hundreds of rescue workers arrived at hit areas to help injured people.

One missile struck a residential building directly and caused serious damage. Shrapnel from explosions wounded a 46-year-old woman who went to Bnei Zion Medical Center. Dozens of vehicles suffered damage from flying debris and missile fragments. Southern Israel also reported building damage but no people were hurt there.
