Moving audio tracks in Apple Logic Pro DAW?

How do I take audio tracks and channel strip settings including effects from one session and move them into another easily in Apple Logic Pro DAW?

Use the import function in the destination project. File/Import/Logic Project. You will get a box where you can select what you want to import in your Apple Logic Pro DAW.

Export to AAF/OMF.

In Logic Pro, choose File > Export > Project as AAF File (or use the Export Project as AAF File keyboard shortcut).

Why not just save it as a new session and delete the tracks you don't want in the new session?

Import the session data.

Copy/paste channel strip settings one by one (no way to do this in batch), but using keyboard shortcuts it can be done in under a minute or faster (depending on plugin load time).
