Police officers caught two men carrying weapons during a traffic stop near Warri. The Eagle-Ney Surveillance Team pulled over a black Toyota Corolla on Otokutu Bridge during regular patrol duties. Officers found Telvin Richmond and Frank Obiorah inside the vehicle on June 18 around midday. The car had registration number RSH 90 RC and attracted police attention during routine checks.
