Has Shoko Festival 2018 been approved by the City of Harare and ZRP since there is the issue of Zimbabwe's cholera outbreak?

Shoko Festival has been approved by the Zimbabwe Ministry of Health and the Zimbabwe Republic Police. Everything we go on as scheduled unless new changes are made.
