I thought liposuction surgery is when they use your own fat and put it in areas you want. So why you saying it's not natural?

Reconstructive surgeries aren't natural. What's natural is your God given body. It would be natural if a slay queen worked out and achieved it not from a cosmetic plastic surgeon.

Yeah exactly, I feel like if you use the word natural you gotta have the body you was born with and didn't have any of those beauty reconstructive surgeries but it seems everybody use of the word naturally differently these days.
