No, President E.D. Mnangagwa did not show up at Vice-President Chiwenga's arrival at the airport. However, George Charamba kinda explained the reason why via his official Twitter account.

My first assumption is that maybe Uncle Rolen knows something that we don't.

The second assumption is perhaps Roland Muchegwa doesn't like Emmerson Mnangagwa's administration. So he stands in favor of VP Chiwenga taking over the post.

The third assumption is he could only be clout chasing on social media. But for someone his age, I doubt he has the time.
