By the way, this doesn't mean to outright say if you get involved in an accident you won't have to deal with ngozi. Therefore, I am not clearly dismissing your point.

When Dzimbabwe's government corruption starts favoring you, you call it a connection and good networking skills by virtue of your business acumen!

So I do understand where Phillip Chiyangwa is coming from because the reality is any sane businessman who intends to make loads of money has to liaise with the government and the closer you get, the better.

In the Occident (id est, in Western nations), it's called lobbying.

However, in Dzimbabwe you first have to join ZANU-PF political party and not The Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) if you want to lobby and get favorable deals.
