Does anyone have preferences with brickwall limiters?

Ay yo, y'all got any favorite audio mixing and mastering brickwall limiter plugins out there? I usually roll with Brainworx's bx_limiter True Peak, but I'm curious about UAD Precision Limiter as a backup. I did an AB comparison and couldn't really tell much of a difference, especially on tracks that ain't maxing out the limiter. What's good, fam?

For general mixing purposes, the DMG TrackLimit plugin does the job quite well although DMG Limitless is even better if you wanna do your self-mastering.

Since I use Bitwig (and also Renoise) I don't care for extra plugins. On my new home studio computer I do have no extra plugins and I have disabled DAWs scanning for any kind of them. Stock built-in effects and processors are more than enough. It all depends on both: the task kind and the music genre processed, of course.

Try UAD Neve 33609 plugin and hear the difference.

I normally use the inter-sample peak-limiting Stealth Limiter from IK Multimedia if I want it as unnoticeable as possible.
Otherwise, I usually use an 1176 limiter from other companies like Waves Audio et al. But I frequently use the Black 76 from IK Multimedia if we are talking about UREI 1176 analog emulations software plugins.

My all-time favorite limiter is Smart:Limit by Sonible and Brainworx bx_limiter True Peak so those are mainly what I use.

UAD Precision Limiter is super outdated. Better get Sonible Smart:Limit, iZotope Ozone Maximizer, A.O.M. Invisible Limiter, or IK Multimedia Stealth look-ahead mastering limiter.
