Are there shortcuts or a fast-track process of rapidly improving mixing and mastering skills for music? I want to be able to do some gigs on Fiverr for passive income. Any tips and hints?

There is no shortcut to improving your mixing and mastering skills for music. It takes time and practice to hone your skills and become proficient. I also don't think you are serious about music production because no one does music because they want to make a few coins on Fiverr. You are better off just doing the music thing as a hobby.
Talent is not as important as skills to attract people willing to pay for your services. However, the most important thing I learned is to pick another profession. Too many people want to become a part of the music industry and there's not enough demand.
It's all about the people. For example, don't be afraid to ask guitarists how they set up and drummers how they tune. And look for people that are better than you at mixing and get to know them to learn.
Static mixing is the initial stage of blending together multiple recorded audio tracks, in which the balance and stereo position of each track is established. This is done by only utilizing the fundamental tools of a digital audio workstation, such as gain utility tools, channel faders, group channels, and panning.
